Mangaluru: A 32-year-old man from Kurnadu near Mudipu tragically ended his life by hanging himself at the school he once attended. The deceased has been identified as Sudhir, a professional painter.
According to sources, he left home without carrying his mobile phone or wallet. When he failed to return home, his worried mother set out to search for him. Her search ended in heartbreak when she found him hanging within the school premises.
A suicide note was recovered at the scene. In the letter, Sudhir mentioned his ongoing struggle with hair loss, which appeared to have caused him emotional distress. The note also included a request to donate his kidney to a relative, reflecting a final act of thoughtfulness despite his personal anguish.
His family is devastated, especially since his younger brother’s wedding was scheduled for the end of this month. The exact cause behind his drastic decision remains unclear, and investigations are ongoing to gather more information about any possible triggers.
