Private Bus Conductor Found Murdered in Mangaluru’s State Bank Area

Rajesh, a 30-year-old private bus conductor operating on the Mangaluru-Vittal route, was found dead near Indira Canteen in the State Bank area. Initial investigations suggest he may have been murdered during a scuffle or while resisting a robbery, with attackers allegedly striking him with a stone.

Described as a simple and friendly person, Rajesh regularly visited the Sabarimala Ayyappa temple and wore traditional ‘maale’ attire. The Pandeshwar police have registered a case, and the investigation is ongoing. His body has been sent to Wenlock Hospital for post-mortem.
