Mangaluru: Ramakrishna Math, Mangaladevi will be conducting a Yogasana Camp starting from January 7 onwards at its premises in Mangaladevi, Mangaluru. The camp will be held daily from 5.00 pm to 6.30 pm in the evening.
The camp will be guided by Yogarathna Sri Gopalakrishna Delampady, who will train participants in various aspects of yoga, including asanas, Surya Namaskar, pranayama, mudras, kriyas, and meditation, focusing on holistic physical and mental well-being.
