Mangaluru: The Indian Catholic Youth Movement (ICYM) Central Council, Diocese of Mangalore, will organise Skill Fiesta 2026, a one-day skill development masterclass aimed at helping young people learn, grow and prepare for future opportunities.
The programme will be held on Sunday, August 23, 2026, from 8.30 am at St Aloysius Deemed to Be University, Mangaluru.
Six skill-focused sessions
Skill Fiesta 2026 will feature sessions conducted by industry experts across a range of areas relevant to young people and their career aspirations.
The programme will cover:
- AI and Innovation
- Content Creation
- Startup Mindset
- Civil Services
- Event Management
- Public Speaking and Soft Skills
The organisers said the initiative is intended to encourage youth to develop practical skills that can help them learn, grow and take up leadership roles.
Open to Catholic youth
The programme is open to Catholic youth of the Diocese of Mangalore from First PUC onwards up to the age of 35.
Participants will receive a certificate on completing the programme, which organisers said can add value to their resumes and future opportunities.
Advance registration mandatory
Participation requires advance registration, and only registered participants will be permitted to attend the programme.
