Summer Sparkles at Mount Carmel: A Season of Fun, Learning & Friendship

Mangaluru: The Mount Carmel Central School Summer Camp 2025 wrapped up on April 16 with cheers, creativity, and unforgettable memories. This vibrant camp was a colorful blend of learning, fun, and discovery—an experience that left every child glowing with joy and confidence.

Each day began with upbeat Zumba sessions, led by popular dance instructors Sandesh and Sandeep, instantly energizing campers. Thoughtful personality development sessions taught students life skills—posture, etiquette, kindness, self-esteem, and the importance of friendship.

Curious minds came alive in the Little Scientist segment with fun experiments like magic milk rainbows, invisible ink, sundial making, and toothpick stars. A tour of a science lab added extra excitement with live specimen observation.

Creativity took center stage with pot painting, collage art, paper fans, woolen keychains, and colorful drawing sessions. Budding chefs had a blast in Cooking Without Fire, whipping up tasty treats like kokum mocktail, pani puri, and watermelon fizz.

Yoga sessions offered calmness, while games and beach outings at Panambur and Pilikula Science Park brought laughter, teamwork, and learning. A movie day at Bharath Mall’s Big Cinemas added cinematic sparkle to the fun.

The Prince and Princess contest saw campers represent Indian states with style, confidence, and grace. The sports camp, with teams like Carmel Winners and Blue Star, inspired team spirit and friendly competition.

The finale on April 16 was a joyous showcase of talent—dance, drama, art, and science—all performed with pride. Parents watched with glowing hearts as their children shone bright.
