Teen Girl Missing in Mangaluru: Police Seek Public Help

Mangaluru: An 18-year-old girl named Yallamma, daughter of Shivaputrappa from Koppal and currently living in Kattapuni, Bajal, has been missing since April 14.

On the day she disappeared, Yallamma was reportedly alone at home. Her father had left early in the morning for work in Azad Nagar, Ullal, and her mother too had gone to her job. When they returned in the evening, they discovered the house locked from the outside. Strangely, the lock’s handle was found lying nearby, and Yallamma’s mobile phone was switched off. She has not been seen or heard from since.

Despite the family’s best efforts to find her, there has been no trace.

Yallamma is around 4 feet in height, has a dark oily complexion, a broad build, and a round face. She was last seen dressed in a churidar and communicates in Kannada.

The Kankanady Town Police have registered a missing person case and are actively investigating. Authorities are requesting anyone with information that could assist in locating Yallamma to contact the nearest police station or Kankanady Town Police directly.
