Despite fencing installed by the district administration to prevent entry into the sea due to monsoon risks, many visitors disregarded the barriers, venturing into the waters.
Boat rides to St. Mary’s Island resumed on Sunday, attracting numerous tourists, with services running from both the Sea Walk and the beach area.
