Ibrahim Moulana, proprietor of Manipal Inn, Udupi, was the chief guest. In his address, he emphasized, “The advice and guidance of auditors play a crucial role in the success of businesses and entrepreneurs. No business can thrive without the support of competent auditors. Honest tax payments and trust in the industry are key to reaching the top. Chartered accountants have been instrumental in my success.”

Dr. H V Sudhakar Naik, former director of NITK, Surathkal, inaugurated the programme. In his speech, he highlighted the historical context of India’s education system, noting, “Prior to 1960, the education system we had was based on the Macaulay model, which viewed Eastern education as useless.
