In Elimale, a young man identified as Niyaz was allegedly assaulted by a group for communicating with a student from a different community. Currently, Niyaz is undergoing treatment in a hospital for injuries sustained during the attack.
Reports suggest that Niyaz had been exchanging messages with a local young woman, which allegedly led a group of youths to confront him. After arranging to meet, the group reportedly attacked him in response to the intercommunity contact, escalating tensions in the area.
