Ex Hindu priest assaults son for refusing Christianity!

Mysuru: A man who was earlier working as a temple priest, assaulted his son for refusing to convert to Christianity at Tiger block of H D Kote taluk of Mysuru district.

A resident of Tiger block, Ravi had been forcing his son Pavith to get converted to Christianity from Hinduism. When Pavith refused, Ravi chased him and assaulted him on the road. Ravi, who is a father of four kids was taken into custody by the police as he created ruckus in the village beating up his son. Ravi along with his family members had converted to Christianity some time ago which Pavith had opposed.

On Wednesday evening, when his son was performing Puja at the temple, an enraged Ravi picked up a quarrel and chased him around in the village. Even as the video went viral, the villagers informed the cops, who have taken the father into custody.
