Gundlupete: A teacher has been suspended from duty following his derogatory message on Dr B R Ambedkar.
Ravi, a teacher at Darigoobe school here had sent a derogatory message about Ambedkar on Whatsapp.
Taking note of the same Dalit Sangharsha Samiti Leader Subhash Madralli had lodged a complaint against him on April 29 at Gundupet police station and to the Department of Public Instruction.
Acting against this, Deputy Director of Department of Public Instruction had suspended the teacher.
