Mysuru: KPCC President and Home Minister Dr G Parameshwar surprised everyone at the Central Jail here as he turned a singer during an orchestra programme.
Dr Parameshwar joined the members of Parivarthan band formed by inmates of the jail and sang “Karunaada Thaayi Sada Chinmayi,” from Ravichandran’s superhit movie Nanu Nanna Hendti with them.
Parivarthan is a band of jail inmates with a team of 13 members formed three years ago, as one of the many measures taken to transform the inmates when Gagandeep was ADGP (prisons).
