The Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited (KPTCL) has announced plans to set up 220/66 Kv power receiving stations in KR Nagar, Mirle, T Narasipura, and HD Kote.
To facilitate the projects, KPTCL requires 12 acres of land within a 5-kilometre radius of each taluk headquarters. Officials have invited landowners interested in selling their properties to come forward.
The land will be directly purchased at rates determined by the revenue department.
Landowners willing to sell are encouraged to contact G Manu, Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil), at 9480813912, or reach out to the KPTCL Projects Division in Mysuru for more information.
The new receiving stations aim to strengthen power infrastructure and improve supply reliability across the region.
