Madikeri: In a tragic incident, a retired DySP ended life at his residence in Kodagu on Friday morning.
The deceased is Cheriyamane Shashi (65). He shot himself with a gun at his residence at Maragodu village in Madikeri.
He had served as DySP in the Lokayukta division.
Reason behind the extreme act has not been ascertained.
