Mandya: Congress is no longer a national party as it is slowly turning into a regional party, said Minister of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj K. S. Eshwarappa.
He was speaking after inaugurating Jana Swaraj convention held at AC Madegowda Community Hall in City on Sunday November 21. Congress party is going the JD (S) way. Congress leaders are big liers, and they should be accorded Noble Prize for the same. Former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee President D. K. Shivakumar are competing with each other when it comes to lies, he took a jibe at the duo.
Eshwarappa observed that while the entire world respects Modi, and recognises him as world leader, Karnataka Congress Leaders Siddaramaiah, and D. K. Shivakumar speak.lowly of the leader of his stature. Anyway, the duo are shameless, he remarked.
