Mandya: Minister Narayan Gowda, who broke the stronghold of JD (S) and made the lotus bloom in Mandya for the first time, is making a lot of noise in the State politics. There is also a strong discussion that Mandya District In-Charge Minister Narayana Gowda would join Congress soon. This has led to the anger of the local Congress leaders and workers, who have expressed their anger by throwing eggs at the car of the Mandya Congress District President Ganga dhar on Monday March 6.

Prajadhwani programme will be held on Monday March 13 in K. R. Pete in District. In this background, Congress District President Gangadhar organisd a preliminary meeting. But the angry workers picketed his car, threw eggs, laid siege and expressed outrage. There are 6 aspirants for K. R. Pete Congress ticket. If Narayana Gowda joins the Congress, what should they do? Should everyone walk around wearing bracelets? Activists questioned District President Gangadhar handing him bangles.

They warned that Minister Narayana Gowda should not be included in the Congress for any reason.

Narayana Gowda is prepared to give shock to BJP ahead of Assembly polls. There is already confusion in all the three parties regarding the candidature, and there is a possibility that many political developments will take place during the elections. So far, Congress and BJP have not announced who will be the official candidate. Still, there are rumours that Narayana Gowda will leave BJP and join the Congress during the elections due to vision of his political future.

Minister Narayan Gowda spoke about this and said that it was true that the invitation has come from the Congress Party. However, no decision has been taken regarding this. He said he will to discuss with relatives and well wishers. Narayana Gowda said that there is a lack of Congress Leadership in K. R. Pete. Saying this, he indirectly hinted about defection.

Narayana Gowda has yet to officially join the Congress. But stiff opposition from local Congress leaders and workers has now made him and Congress leaders to worry.
