Bengaluru: Jodettu (twin bulls) Challenging Star Darshan and Rocking Star Yash congratulated ‘mother’ Sumalatha Ambareesh and Mandya voters after her victory in the LS polls. Both of the actors released separate videos and shared on their social media.
In their emotional speech, both of them informed that this victory is the victory of the Mandya voters and Sumalatha will not disappoint them. They assured all-round progress of the constituency in the next five years.
They also stated that the voters taught a lesson to those who made derogatory statements against them in the run-up to the polling.
It may be recalled that Mandya constituency grabbed a lot of attention because Sumalatha Ambareesh took on Nikhil Kumaraswamy, son of CM HD Kumaraswamy and grandson of former PM HD Devegowda. A lot of insensitive remarks were made against Sumalatha and her supporters Darshan and Yash.
