Mysuru: The Mysuru Dasara unveils a colorful canvas of spectacular bike adventure, impressive cavalry parade, and the enchanting harmony of hundreds of artists in dance.
A skywriting display spelled out “Happy Dasara,” and various illuminated images like the Karnataka map, a replica of Nalwadi Krishnaraja Wadiyar, the Ganduberunda Chitra, the Mysore Palace, and the Nandi of Chamundi Hill adorned the festivities. The dotted images formed by the sparkling lights delighted the spectators. Finally, the message “See You in 2024” left people eagerly anticipating the return of Dussehra in the future.
The conclusion of Dasara this year featured a vibrant punch parade at Bannimantap. The Chief Minister, who initiated the Jumboo Savari with a floral tribute, also took part in the Panjina parade held in the evening. Before the event commenced, the police department paid their respects to Governor Thaawar Chand Gehlot.
