Mysuru: Opposition Leader Siddaramaiah said, “The issue of tickets for Chamarajanagara and Chamundeshwari Constituencies may be settled.
Speaking at a press conference he said, “It is for the high command to decide whether I will contest from Kolar and a decision may be taken at the meeting to be held on Monday April 3.
As his reaction to Varuna constituency being considered as an important constituency by the BJP, he said that no one can be tied up by anyone. “It is in the hands of the people to defeat one and make the other win.”
He asserted, “I will go to Varuna only to file my nomination. Yatindra is the sitting MLA there, he too will work for me. I am not going to think about who my opponent will be in the elections, it is the people who decide who should be their MLA. The blessings of the people are important. It is for the people to decide who will develop the constituency if they win among us. I don’t care about who the opponent is,” he said.
