Mysuru: In a significant operation, the City Crime Branch of Mysuru successfully rescued three girls from a prostitution ring run by a local spa owner. Acting on a tip-off, the police raided the spa near Karimaramma Temple, uncovering the illicit activities and saving the victims from the exploitative environment. The accused, who had been luring customers through a job portal, is now in police custody. Authorities also confiscated Rs 8,800 in cash from the scene.

Vidyaranyapuram police detailed the operation, emphasizing the meticulous planning that led to the successful raid. The spa owner had been using the guise of legitimate job offers to attract potential clients, thus masking the illegal activities within the establishment.
