Mysuru: Ranjitha Chikkamadu, daughter of Former MLA S. Chikkamadu and sister of H. D. Kote Congress MLA Anil Chikkamadu, has announced that she is joining the JD (S).
She will be joining the party on Thursday December 15 in the presence of MLA G. T. Deve Gowda, and Former Chief Minister H. D. Kumarswamy. It was the JD (S) which gave political rebirth to my father by giving him an MLC seat. Thus, as per the wishes of his father’s supporters, she was joining the party without any conditions, she said.
Ranjitha, who was seen with MLA Manjunath for the past few days while launching the development works in the Constituency, has been seen at Harish Gowda’s programmes for the past one week and has been the person who is being discussed in the Taluk. Now that Ranjitha herself has announced that she is officially joining the party, the debate has come to an end.
