Mysuru: A police constable resorted to suicide after writing a death note and hung himself in the Jalapuri Police Quarters in City on Saturday May 28.
The deceased constable has been identified as Parsappa Konnur (29), who was serving at Devaraja Police Station for the last three years. He had married just one and half years back. He was residing in Jalapuri Police Quarters along with his wife.
The death note written by Parsappa states that he is the reason for his own death and insisted no investigation be done into the case. He also wrote that his entire inheritance must be given to his older brother’s children. A case has been registered at the Nazarbad Police Station.
