Mysuru: KRIDL delays work, Hunsuru TP Administrator irked

Mysuru: Expressing displeasure over the fact that more than 50 works, including Ambedkar Bhavan in 32 Villages of Hunsuru Taluk and Jagjivan Ram Bhavan at four places of the District, are still pending for the last 10 years, Taluk Panchayat Administrator Nanda has instructed the engineers to complete all the works taken up within the next two months.

Speaking at the General Body Meeting held at the auditorium in Hunsuru, he said that though KRIDL had undertaken a lot of works and had already released funds, there was a dispute over the site in some places, Nanda expressed displeasure as to how this can occur.

In some places, proposals have been made for change of work. Jagjivan Ram Bhavan in Hunsuru is yet to be completed a grant of Rs. 10 lakh is expected from the City Corporation, it was noted.
