Mysuru: Nun files complaint with police on threat to life

Mysuru: A nun working in Mercy Convent in Sri Ramapura has aired a video  in social media seeking protection from colleagues.

According to video clip the nun, Sr. Wilsena is working in convent providing shelter to specially-abled children since 25 years. She says that when she raised voice against alleged irregularities, the nuns Margaret, Deepa and Ann Mary threatened her with life and thus has sought
protection.

In the video she says that she is fine but the opponents may admit her to hospital for mental treatment or may murder her. She alleged that if her body is found in state of suicide, or unnatural death it should be treated as murder. She adds that she has written letter to State Human Rights Commission, Bengaluru about irregularities, post that three men assaulted her and admitted to near by St. Mary Mental Health Hospital for treatment, she alleged. She said she has managed to escape from hospital with the help of relatives and filed a complaint at Ashokapuram Police Station.

Ashokapuram Police have received a complaint and is investigating.
