Mysuru: As part of the Jagadguru Sri Siddharooda Mahaswami Jayanti Utsav, a state-level seventh-year Bhajan competition will be held at Siddharooda Matha, Hubballi on April 3.
Speaking to mediapersons here on Saturday March 26 , Shamananda B. Poojary, Bhajan Competition Committee Chairman, said “Boarding and lodging arrangements will be provided at Sri Matha. Every artiste from each of the participating teams will be given certificates. Nearly 300 Bhajan teams from various districts are expected to participate in this year’s competition.”
The first prize winner will receive a cash of Rs. 95,000, the second prize winner will get Rs. 75,000 and the third prize winner will take home Rs. 65,000.
