Mysuru: A specialized police team carried out a targeted operation by raiding a salon situated on the first floor of a residence in Alanahalli, rescuing five girls.

The raid was initiated based on information provided by the Odanadi organization, an NGO that indicated illicit activities were occurring at the Daniya Family Salon. It was reported that the establishment was sheltering two young men and five young women. Parashuram, the convener of the Odanadi organization, disclosed, “The house is owned by a retired police officer, and the first floor was rented by an individual named Mahesh, who had been operating a salon and allegedly involved in improper activities for the past eight months.”

The police operation was a response to specific information provided by the Odanadi organization. City Police Commissioner Ramesh Banoth confirmed that an ongoing investigation is in progress, with a case registered at Alanahalli police station.
