Mysuru: Activists associated with a Kannada organization staged a protest in the city near the Old Deputy Commissioner’s office on Saturday, demanding capital punishment for actor Darshan Thoogudeepa, who is allegedly involved in the brutal killing of Renukaswamy.
The activists of Mysuru Kannada Vedike demanded that Darshan should be boycotted by the film industry, and the family of the victim, Renukaswamy, should be compensated by selling Darshan’s properties.
