Mysuru: An RSS activist committed suicide by hanging in JP Nagar after writing a 8-page death note indicating his last wishes.

Babu, aged 23, a native of Tumakuru, is the deceased.  He was a very active member of RSS and used to take part in all Sangh related activities while staying at his relative’s house in Mysuru.

In his death note, Babu has mentioned that he was an ardent follower of Swami Vivekananda. The last wishes in his death note include, his body to be wrapped in RSS saffron flag before performing the last rites as per RSS tradition; ‘Theerta’ (holy water) collected from Chamundi and Nanjundeshwara temples to be smeared on his body before cremation; after consigning the mortal remains to flames, ashes  to be immersed near Vivekananda Rock Memorial in Kanyakumari.

It is gathered that diploma holder Babu decided to end his life out of depression.

Mysore south police after taking the death note into their possession are investigating further.
