SBI Pensioners Lead Swachhata Abhiyan in Mysuru

Members of the Mysuru Unit of SBI Pensioners’ Association took part in a Swachhata Abhiyan near their Administrative Office in Saraswathipuram, clearing plastic waste from the office campus and nearby public roads.

Association President Anandamurthy and Secretary Ranganath emphasized that action speaks louder than words and encouraged citizens to actively contribute to Mysuru’s cleanliness drive. They expressed hope that such efforts would help Mysuru regain its top ranking in cleanliness.

MCC Assistant Commissioner Mahesh Jigani, Environmental Engineer Sridevi, and Inspector Prakash applauded the pensioners’ commitment. They highlighted that the involvement of SBI retirees sets an inspiring precedent, boosting public awareness about maintaining a clean environment.
