Mysuru: Former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah shared the stage with BJP leader, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj minister KS Eshwarappa and former minister AH Vishwanath at Doddakoppalu village in KR Nagar taluk of the Mysuru district. This has left many eyebrows raised.
All the three praised each other and made it clear that their rivalry is only in politics and that it does not spill over to their personal lives. The event was organised to unveil the statue of Sangolli Rayanna, a freedom fighter.
It can be recalled that all the three are from the Kuruba community, which is considered as the third largest community in the state.
Siddaramaiah and Eshwarappa arrived in one car and this left many in a state of shock too. The two had a verbal spat merely a few days ago. Later, Vishwanath joined them on the stage. All the three sat together cracked jokes. They shared biscuits and showed that they share a very friendly bond outside the political lines.
Later, all the three recalled their association with each other and assured the Kuruba community that they will work together for the welfare of the community.
