Mysuru: Gaddappa and Century Gowda of the multi award winning Kannada movie ‘Thithi’ led a protest march accompanied by the crew of ‘Tarle Village’ against the Supreme Court order on the release of Cauvery water to Tamil Nadu in front of the district court here on Wednesday, September 14.
Speaking to the media, Gaddappa said that, “When the state has no water even to drink, how can we release water to Tamil Nadu? In the interest of farmers and people of the state, the state government should not release water to Tamil Nadu. Especially the farmers of Karnataka are in a very bad state. The government needs to fight this legally and ensure justice for the state”.

For the past couple of weeks, Gaddappa, Century Gowda and couple of actors who acted in ‘Thithi’ movie are in Mysuru for shooting Kannada movie ‘Tarle Village’.
