In a disturbing incident from Karadkal village in Lingasugur taluk, three teenage boys have mysteriously gone missing, triggering anxiety among residents and an active police investigation.

The youths, identified as Manjunath Parasappa Byagi (14), Rohit Gaddeppa Bhajantri (14), and Prajwal Gaddeppa (16), reportedly left their homes around 7 PM on June 6, informing family members they would return shortly. However, the boys did not come back, and have remained untraceable since.

Despite vigorous local searches conducted by families and community members across Karadkal and nearby villages, there has been no sign of the boys. As hope gave way to fear, the worried parents lodged a formal missing persons complaint at the Lingasugur Town Police Station on June 9.

Authorities have since registered a case and initiated an investigation. Police teams are combing through possible leads and questioning people in the area in an attempt to track the trio’s movements before they vanished.

The sudden disappearance has left the village in shock, with concerns mounting over the boys’ safety. Locals are appealing for public assistance and urging anyone with information to come forward.

The case has now become a priority for local law enforcement, as they continue efforts to locate the minors and bring them home safely.
