A 25-year-old woman died after being allegedly brutally assaulted on the outskirts of RH Camp-5 in Karnataka’s Sindhanur sub-district, while her one-and-a-half-year-old daughter was found crying and clinging to her injured mother.
According to a report by Gulf News, passers-by alerted police after finding the woman severely injured and bleeding in a field. She was taken to hospital for treatment but later succumbed to her injuries.
Toddler found beside injured mother
The child was reportedly with her mother when the incident came to light. The toddler was found clinging to the woman’s bruised and beaten body as she cried for help.
