A heart-wrenching incident took place in Thippagondanahalli, Magadi taluk of Karnataka, where a four-year-old girl was allegedly raped and murdered by a relative. The accused, identified as Irfan, worked as a laborer in Kalasipalya, Bangalore. He reportedly abducted the girl from her relative’s house on Sunday.
After a frantic search by the parents, a complaint was lodged with the Magadi police. Irfan was eventually apprehended in Bangalore, which led to widespread protests by thousands from the local community in Magadi Town. Demonstrators demanded justice, appealing to the Magadi Tehsildar for the death penalty for Irfan, expressing their outrage and sorrow over the heinous act.
