The victims, a 45-year-old woman, her 38-year-old brother, and her 22-year-old son, reportedly consumed poison with their dinner on Monday night. The woman, left as the sole breadwinner after her husband’s death, worked at a local hotel to support her family.
The family faced significant financial burdens, with the woman’s brother suffering from tuberculosis and her son struggling to find steady employment. Doddapete police are investigating the case, with a forensic team gathering evidence to determine the exact circumstances surrounding the deaths.
