Tumkur: Home Minister Dr. G. Parameshwar’s 73rd birthday was celebrated with great fervor and enthusiasm. Former MLA D.C. Gaurishankar paid his respects to the minister in a traditional manner, adorning him with a garland made of coconuts and presenting him with a silver tiara and sword at a grand event held in Heggere village.

The celebrations continued as Minister Parameshwar cut an impressive cake amidst the presence of enthusiastic fans who had gathered in large numbers outside his residence. Additionally, Parameshwar honored his late father, Gangadharaiah Putthali, by offering floral tributes.

The festivities extended to Siddhartha Medical College, owned by Parameshwar, where staff and students joined in to convey their best wishes during the auspicious cake-cutting ceremony.

The entire area was adorned with greeting flags and banners to mark this special occasion at the minister’s residence.
