Cow Killed in Accident on National Highway 66, Concerns Raised Over Safety
A tragic accident occurred on National Highway 66 near Trasi around 7:30 PM on Thursday, October 17, resulting in the death of a cow that strayed onto the road and collided with a rental car. The vehicle, which was returning to Udupi from Maravanthe Beach, sustained significant damage in the crash.
Local residents are expressing their concerns regarding safety on this stretch of highway, highlighting the absence of streetlights between Trasi and Mullikatte.
