Udupi – A Kia vehicle veered off the road and collided with an electric pole near Shiribeedu, on the route from Karavali to Udupi, early Wednesday morning. The reason behind the crash remains unclear and is under investigation.
There were four individuals inside the car at the time of the accident. Two of them sustained minor injuries and are currently receiving treatment at a private hospital in Udupi.
Among the passengers were Abhishek Acharya, another individual named Abhishek, and two others whose identities are yet to be confirmed. Fortunately, no serious injuries were reported.
Authorities are expected to further examine the vehicle and site to determine the exact cause of the incident.
