Kundapura, June 17: The Railway Passenger Welfare Committee has articulated several demands, emphasizing improvements to railway services in the region.
Demands Highlighted
One of the primary demands is the merger of Konkan Railways with Indian Railways. Additionally, the committee seeks new trains with stops at Kundapura and the routing of new trains through bypasses to connect Kundapura and Bengaluru railway lines.

“As a newly elected Member of Parliament, I assure you that these demands will be my top priority,” said Kota Srinivas Poojary. He pledged to focus on upgrading Kundapura railway station and enhancing passenger convenience.
