Manuru: Locals have voiced their frustration over continuous garbage dumping on National Highway 66, urging authorities to take strict action against offenders.
On February 17, a large waste bag was found on the highway divider. By the next day, three more had been discarded, suggesting repeat offenses overnight.
The incident has triggered outrage on social media, with residents demanding immediate intervention.
Responding to the situation, Manuru Panchavarna Organization president Manohar Poojary inspected the site and alerted KKR Company (responsible for highway maintenance) and Kota grama panchayat. Locals now await swift action to curb the menace.
