Shutterbox Helping Hands to raise funds for poor family during Krishna Janmashtami

Udupi: Shutterbox Helping Hands, a team led by popular social media influencer Sachin Shetty, has announced its plan to raise funds for a poor family from Palli, Karkala, during the upcoming Sri Krishna Janmashtami celebrations in Udupi.

Addressing a press conference on September 8, team member Sudeep Shetty said, “For the past three years, our group has been donning costumes during Krishna Janmashtami and raising funds for charitable causes. This year, we will appear in costumes of Bollywood characters and collect donations to help construct a 2 BHK house for a poor family in Palli, Karkala.”

Past initiatives

• 2023: Raised ₹10 lakh for the treatment of a young girl.

This year, the team has taken up the mission of housing support, aiming to build a secure home for the identified family.

On September 14, during Udupi’s Sri Krishna Janmashtami, the Shutterbox Helping Hands team will visit households in themed costumes to collect contributions.
