The Karnataka government’s two‑year showcase, “Samarpane Sankalpa Samavesha,” will unfurl at the Puneeth Rajkumar District Stadium, Hosapete, this Tuesday, 10 a.m.–2 p.m.  Elaborate preparations promise a festival‑scale gathering.

A German‑style marquee shelters three platforms: a 200 ft × 70 ft main dais for 300 VIPs, flanked by twin rostrums seating 50 ex‑ministers and 50 board‑chairpersons respectively. The central stage echoes Hampi’s stone columns and carries a full‑width LED backdrop; reserved rows place VVIPs closest to the action. Reporters will work from a wired media enclave with live‑feed links.

Organisers are lining up 150,000 seats, holding 50,000 spares nearby, while roadside LED screens extend visibility for overflow crowds. District‑in‑charge minister B. Z. Zameer Ahmed Khan has requisitioned 3,700 KSRTC coaches and personally hired 2,000 more; MLAs will supplement fleets with school and college buses. Attendance is projected to exceed 300,000.

Catering targets 200,000 diners: 1.5 lakh chairs fill a vast mess area, 500 serving counters open at 9 a.m., with 50,000 standby meal packs and 500,000 water sachets ready. A nearby 200‑acre field will marshal 10,000 vehicles.

Dubbed the second “Siddaramaothsava”—after Davanagere’s inaugural event—the rally will host national figures Rahul Gandhi, Mallikarjun Kharge, and a roster of ministers. Local MLA H. R. Gaviyappa, AICC observer Ravi Boseraju, and senior officials inspect final touches, determined to deliver a seamless celebration of the administration’s achievements.
