Mangaluru: The inauguration ceremony of Tapovan Health and Wellness Centre was held here on Monday August 30 by Dakshina Kannada In-Charge and Ports, Inland Water Transport and Fisheries Minister S. Angara, Mangaluru South MLA Vedavyas Kamath, Mangaluru City Corporation Mayor Premanand Shetty, and Prakash P. S. Chief Executive Officer of Hosa Diganta Kannada daily.

For the first time in the State, Tapovan offers stress management treatment with the unique Stress Matrix machine. Stress-related problems will be treated with a machine employing the latest technology.
Tapovan Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Yoga, Physiotherapy and Diet Counselling form an intrinsic part of the wellness regime and is a new addition to the health care facilities of City of Mangaluru and surrounding areas.

Ayurveda as a method of treatment needs to reach more people and he hoped that more researchers would carry on research on Ayurveda and record the findings so as to make the learnings from the research available for all.
