Bollywood actor Aamir Khan is all set to marry longtime partner Gauri Spratt on July 5, with the couple choosing the actor’s Bandra residence for an intimate wedding ceremony attended by close family members and friends.

According to reports, around 150 guests are expected to attend the private celebration, including relatives, close friends and a few invitees travelling from overseas. The marriage registration is expected to take place during the first half of the day.

The wedding venue, comprising Bella Vista and Marina Apartments in Bandra, is estimated to be worth around Rs 70 crore, according to media reports.

A home that reflects simplicity

Unlike many celebrity residences known for their opulence, Aamir Khan’s home is recognised for its understated elegance, earthy interiors and abundant greenery.

During a home tour shared in 2025, the actor showcased the residence’s terracotta flooring, naturally ventilated living spaces and balconies lined with trees, vines and plants.

Aamir also revealed the emotional significance of a peepal tree planted by his mother when his brother Faisal Khan was born. The tree, now decades old, remains one of the home’s most cherished features.

The residence also includes wooden furniture, artwork, an entertainment room with a large screen and a spacious balcony that the actor describes as his favourite place to relax and enjoy the birds that frequently visit.

Intimate wedding planned

Reports suggest Aamir and Gauri have opted for a low-key celebration rather than a lavish Bollywood wedding.

Sources indicate that the couple’s children are expected to attend the ceremony, making it a close-knit family affair.

The wedding has generated considerable excitement among fans, with many appreciating the actor’s preference for a simple celebration that reflects his personal style and values
