The much-anticipated Bearys Turning Point Mall was unveiled in a vibrant ceremony on Saturday, April 26, attended by an array of eminent personalities.
Each major feature of the mall had a special inauguration:

Fr. Faustine Lobo launched the Bowling Alley.
Anand Pai inaugurated the Multiplex Theatre.
Yenepoya Javed opened the Food Court.
Rohit Bhat introduced the Video Gaming Alley.
Syed Mohammed Beary unveiled the Soft Play Area.
Ashwin Sanil inaugurated both Cricket Bay and Dashing Cars Alley.
Siddique Beary opened the Toy Train, while Mohammed Kunhi launched the Climbing Wall.
Chairman Syed Mohammed Beary spoke emotionally, highlighting the 12-year journey behind the project, built debt-free through what he called divine blessings. He shared the group’s 40-year history of overcoming challenges and hinted at bringing Spar of Lulu Hypermarket to the mall soon.
Several dignitaries congratulated the Bearys Group. Yenepoya Javed recalled their long association, Fr. Faustine Lobo praised the youth-friendly vibe, and Rohit Bhat appreciated the mall’s student-centric location. Anand Pai noted its convenience for locals who earlier had to travel far for such facilities. Mohammed Kunhi compared it to Dubai’s developments, calling it a jewel for the region.
Compered by Joyson Miranda, the event opened with a prayer by students and concluded with a vote of thanks by Nandh Kumar.
