The malfunction led to water pouring into the coach like a waterfall, resulting in flooding and rendering the journey extremely uncomfortable. Over 60 passengers endured a sleepless night due to continuous water leakage.
One of the affected passengers spoke out, expressing frustration and demanding immediate action. They called upon the Union Minister of State for Railways to address the issue promptly, sharing videos of the incident. Although the problem was reported to train officials, passengers are insisting on stricter measures to prevent such incidents in the future.
