Kadaba: A tragic incident occurred on August 18 when Varadaraja Shetty, a 45-year-old security guard at the Koila branch of Alankar Primary Agriculture Farmers’ Cooperative Society, was found dead while on duty. Shetty, a resident of Kerekodi in Koila village, is survived by his wife and two sons.

Shetty had reported for duty at 8 pm on August 17 and was scheduled to work until 6 am the following day. However, when locals arrived in the morning, they discovered him lifeless in his chair. He was immediately rushed to Kadaba Government Community Hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead.

Manohar Prakash D., the CEO of Alankar Primary Agricultural Husbandry Cooperative Society, suggested that Shetty’s death might be due to an underlying health condition. Based on this statement, the Kadaba police have registered a case to investigate the matter further.
