The St. Joseph Engineering College (SJEC) Men’s Skating team has achieved remarkable success at the All India Inter-University Roller Skates Championship, held at Sam Global University Bhopal (MP) from March 24th to 26th, 2025.
Under the expert guidance of Physical Education Director (PED) Ms. Vaneesha V Rodrigues and Assistant PED Mr. Sudheer M. Daniel, the team showcased exceptional talent and determination. Notably, Mr. Daniel, a 3rd-year Computer Science Engineering (CSE) student, secured two prestigious third-place finishes. He earned bronze medals in both the 5000-meter point-to-point race and the 10000-meter elimination race.
The SJEC Management has expressed its heartfelt congratulations to Mr. Daniel for his outstanding performance and to Ms. Rodrigues and Mr. Daniel for their dedicated leadership and coaching. This achievement highlights the college’s commitment to fostering excellence in sports and nurturing the talents of its students.
