Mangaluru: The Mangaluru City Police Commissionerate has issued a traffic alert for vehicle owners whose traffic violations have been recorded via CCTV cameras at the Traffic Command & Control Center or captured through photos taken by on-duty officers.

Violation notices have already been dispatched by post to the owners of the respective vehicle registration numbers. However, many offenders are yet to clear pending fines, leading the department to initiate legal action for non-compliance.

Those who fail to pay their traffic penalties by July 15, 2025, will face court proceedings. The department has warned that charge sheets will be filed, and the court may issue summons or warrants as part of the next step.

Vehicle owners who have received violation notices are urged to clear their dues immediately to avoid legal complications.
