Mangaluru: In a recent administrative reshuffle, Dr K Anand, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Dakshina Kannada Zilla Panchayat, has been transferred and appointed as the Deputy Commissioner of Vijayapura district.
Narwade Vinayak Kharbari has been named the new CEO of the Dakshina Kannada ZP.
An IAS officer from the 2021 batch, Kharbari previously held the position of Senior Assistant Commissioner of Madikeri sub-division. With prior experience in district administration, he is expected to take charge in Dakshina Kannada in the coming days.
